What’s all the buzz about aromatherapy these days?

You may be familiar with the idea of using peppermint or ginger herbal tea to calm the stomach.

Much of the benefits of herbs comes from the essential oils in them. Essential oils are Nature’s gifts to us for balancing and supporting our minds, bodies and spirits.

Come and learn:

  • What makes essential oils so useful?

  • What are the best ways to apply them?

  • Are there any cautions to using them?

  • What are the best oils to start with?

Beginners welcome – no experience needed!

Just $5!
